Hi I’m Daniel and I recently became a personal trainer after leaving another career.
I believe health and fitness should be for everyone and strive to encourage everyone I know to be more active.
I know the gym can be seen as an intimidating place but from my experience training in various gyms the community around health and fitness is always welcoming and friendly and my aim is to help people make a positive lifestyle change.
I think that visiting the gym should be about more than getting physically stronger but also gaining more self confidence and learning new skills and overcoming the anxiety that comes with leaving your comfort zone and trying something new.
